Job Description:

UPS is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive scalable revenue growth for our B2B ancillary business units including insurance, risk & fraud, and digital supply chain orchestration. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this high-impact role will develop and execute a global digital strategy across multiple products and customer segments. You will own the full performance marketing engine—overseeing paid media campaigns, optimizing the marketing funnel, and generating qualified leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Success in this role means translating strategy into measurable outcomes, continually refining our approach through data, and ensuring alignment across key functions including Sales, Product, and Sales Enablement.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing B2B marketing programs with a deep understanding of digital channels, audience targeting, and ROI optimization. You’re equally comfortable leading a team, managing agency partners, and getting hands-on with performance data to drive continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our demand generation engine while contributing meaningfully to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and lead the global digital marketing strategy across multiple regions, products, and segments.
  • Manage a large-scale marketing budget, optimizing spend across the channel strategy to deliver the highest ROI for the business.
  • Manage multiple agency partner relationships, maximizing their impact, upholding the scope of work, and continually evolving their role as the organization evolves and grows.
  • Build, plan, and implement a digital marketing strategy that delivers the marketing qualified lead (MQL) and sales qualified lead (SQL) volume necessary to meet revenue goals.
  • Develop an end-to-end advertising strategy including targeting, ad copy & creative, landing page, and lead intake experience to maximize media buying efforts across paid search, programmatic, and paid social.
  • Own email marketing automation processes, systems (i.e Iterable), segmented lists, and campaign launches; align messaging with broader content marketing plans
  • Own marketing website tools, strategies, and experiences including conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience, web maintenance, technical SEO, marketing automation, etc.
  • Develop and execute an SEO content strategy to drive strong organic rankings and traffic for high intent keywords.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, sales enablement, and data teams to align on pipeline strategy.
  • Develop and refine measurement strategies for ROMI, ROAS, CAC, and other key KPIs.
  • Manage a high-performing team across multiple lead-generation functions.
  • Present marketing performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Leverage marketing technology and data tools (CRM, CMS, email platforms, etc.) to streamline operations and improve funnel efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital marketing or performance marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing budgets with complex allocation.
  • Proven track record of managing external marketing agencies and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics and performance reporting across key marketing KPIs.
  • Experience working in or with multi-product, multi-segment environments.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills; must be responsive, collaborative, and team focused.
