About the Annual Job Fair

About the Event

This is an annual event showcasing all of the seasonal roles we hire for at UPS. It is designed to provide additional information and answer questions - not to hire people on the spot.

This year, the two-day event will take place on November 6 and 7, 2026.

This is a virtual, nation-wide event. You can join the event from any phone, tablet, or computer with WiFi connectivity.
Event Logistics

You should sign up for whichever session best fits your schedule. We will cover the same content, so there’s no need to sign up for more than one.

Search the events at the top of this page, then select "Register Online" to reserve
your place at the event.

No. The event is intended to give you additional information and support navigating our hiring process. All applications need to be submitted online
and job offers are not given based on attendance at the Job Fair.

No. The event will feature
information sessions, Q&As,
and role overviews. There is no
interviewing or hiring done
during the event. In fact, many
of our seasonal roles don’t
require any interview.
About the Jobs

The event will highlight five of
the top positions we hire for: Warehouse Workers, Package Delivery Drivers, Tractor-Trailer Drivers, Driver Helpers, and
Seasonal Support Drivers.

Most of the positions we’re currently hiring are seasonal, but you can also check online to see if any permanent roles are also open. Starting in a seasonal role is a great first step to a career at UPS, and some seasonal workers are invited to join the team full time each year.

Working at UPS is exciting and rewarding. Our teams have fun working together and creating the positive customer experience UPS is known for.

Pay is competitive but will vary depending on position and location. Find an open job posting near you to see the exact hourly wage you can expect.

For many roles, you could get a job offer in under 10 minutes after applying online. You could start in your new role the following week, once your onboarding is complete.
Rehire Information

Email AEHelp@ups.com and state in your email that you are asking about your rehire status and be sure to include your full name (as it was when you worked at UPS), your employee ID (if you remember it), the city and state where you worked and the time frame in which you worked at UPS.
