Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in driving product success through the lifecycle —from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. The Analyst will act as a strategic connector between cross-functional teams, ensuring our products meet evolving market demands, align with company goals, and consistently deliver value to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and post-launch performance.

  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to support strategic product decisions.

  • Deliver actionable insights that shape product strategy and ensure strong product-market fit.

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and go-to-market (GTM) execution.

  • Enhance product positioning and messaging to drive adoption and commercial success.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product refinements that boost satisfaction, retention, and loyalty

  • Support brokerage-related processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating risk in an evolving trade environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business analysis (experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus).

  • Display strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

  • Proven experience with market analysis, competitive intelligence, and GTM planning.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
