We’re hiring a Channel Partner Program Manager (Cultivation) to join our high-performing Sales team. This role is key to nurturing our growing partner network, driving collaboration across verticals, and turning connections into sustainable growth.

The Channel Partner Program Managers (CPMs) are members of UPS Capital’s Channel Partner Segment. Cultivation CPMs are tasked with meeting or exceeding a business plan by delivering a superior customer experience. This is accomplished by working cross-functionally with agile methodologies to advance digitization, marketing excellence, program optimization, and operational excellence. 

This is a remote opportunity with travel. Qualified individuals may be located anywhere in the United States.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contract and program agreement to drive awareness and adoption of the program. 
  • Execute tactics that support the education, awareness and promotion of the program to drive activation and utilization. 
  • Monitor program performance and perform regular internal audits for premium and revenue capture; provide required reporting to the customer. 
  • Align with the partner’s executive teams to co-develop revenue generating sales opportunities for the UPSC solution suite. 
  • Coordinate regular partner meetings inclusive of all UPSC and partner stakeholders.  
  • Troubleshoot all partner connectivity issues including underwriting, policy administration, claims, technology, and customer success. 
  • Lead semi-annual in person partner planning sessions, and are responsible for preparation, including agenda development, research, materials, gathering and consolidation, coordination among partner leadership, logistics, as well as notes capture and report outs. 


Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales – Preferred 
  • Finance Knowledge - Preferred 
  • Negotiation skills – Preferred 

Property & Casualty insurance license will be required for this role. Exam support is offered and covered by UPSC if not currently possessed but, upon hire, must be willing to immediately complete the required studying/research to then pass the exam to obtain license.
