Job Tittle:Customer Service Agent- Import Brokerage Department

(Fixed Term Contract)

Working hours: Full Time employment (09:00 - 17:00).

Location: UPS of Greece Inc. - Brokerage Department

Airport /El. Venizelos / Spata/ (Cargo Airport Services)/ Building 24

Job Summary:

Managing customers communication is the main responsibility of the Brokerage CS Agent. CS Agents interact directly with existing and new potential customers. They work to provide quality customer service by guiding the customers to carry out all the necessary actions for a smooth and fast package customs clearance completion. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, with knowledge and efficiency.
  • Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.
  • Provide expert answers to questions about services, pricing, and availability while presenting the value of our service portfolio to the customers.
  • Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision.
  • Collect & manage the relevant documents for customs clearance
  • Reception & other supportive activities.

Qualifications:

  • University or equivalent degree (preferred)
  • Experience in Customer service / Previous experience in brokerage/customs department will be considered as a plus
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language (Proficiency level)
  • Proven knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
