Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing Team Leader tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team! Do you like working in a dynamic and stimulating work environment, with new challenges to solve every day? What do you do in a day?

• Daily management of personnel in your charge (assignment of roles, monitoring of tasks, etc.)

• Communication: pre-work instructions, procedures, department meetings, etc.

• Facilitate the correct execution of procedures and systems management.

• Carry out general brokerage and tax assessment tasks for importing international orders, to ensure business and customer satisfaction.

• Support daily resource planning (and holidays), adjustments and execution of plans.

• Ensure assessment of duties and taxes complies with local Customs Agency and other agency regulations.

• You will work as a team with colleagues in your area, to achieve the company's objectives, complying with customs regulations.

• Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role.

What do we expect from you?

• Flexible and analytical profile, with a taste for solving problems and making decisions.

• Definition and monitoring of KPIS.

• Professional training is essential. University training will be valued.

• Experience or training in international trade or similar is valued.

• Previous experience in team management is valued.

• Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.

• Schedule flexibility. Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday.

• Essential knowledge of English (B1).

• Knowledge of Spanish is valued.

• Fluent in Portuguese.
