H&S Business Systems Supervisor

Grade: 20E

City: Bogotá

Job Summary

Supervisor should help with H&S system implementation integrating current and new system. And will train and support the daily processes in the platform. This position ties technology to our business needs and determines how new solutions, carrier business rules, and industry changes related to Global H&S regulatory/compliance requirements. He/She performs analysis to ensure we maximize the positive impact across the business, documents what needs to be built and certifies the resulting product with our business partners. This position enables the organization to be proactive in maintaining Global H&S regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity.

• Serves as liaison between our key stakeholders and regulatory/compliance systems.

• Serves as the primary technical contact with business partners.

Qualifications:

• Highly experienced in Requirements elicitation and analysis

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools

• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Required

• Experience with business rules and industry standards - Preferred

• Knowledge in H&S (HR) process - Preferred

• High Conversational English Level - Required

• Basic Knowledge & understanding of coding (SQL, XML, HTML) and building systems - Required

• Hands-on experience with Software Development tools and ability to perform some scripting tasks
