Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s Degree –Engineering or Aviation Management is preferred, 
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, 
• Strong problem solving skills, 
• Avaliable to work flexible hours (14:00 pm – 12:00 am ) 
• B Class Driving License owner and active driver 
• Preferably reside in Arnavutköy, Küçükçekmece, Avcılar, Bahçelievler, Bakırköy and Güngören

JOB DETAILS 

· Ensuring timely and accurate transfer of shipment information to the next UPS facility, 

· Being in charge of all activities of the aircrew and responsibility for the management and operation for them, 

· Control all apron activities, customs and ground handling operations and report compliance with UPS standards, 

· Responsible for the security of all UPS materials, 

· Preparing paperwork for flight, aircraft load planning and control,

· Managing ULD control and tracking of country stock. Making a ULD request from according to the requirements,

· The follow-up and receipt of the cargos going by commercial planes, 

· Prepare weekly , monthly reports and daily productivity reports and performing monthly audits,

Ensuring that the services received from all providers from which UPS receives services related to the Air Operations department are carried out correctly and without disruption
