Job Description:

UPS Digital HR Specialist

The HRBP Specialist seeks to build a strong advisory and support relationship with its HRBP Manager and business leaders within UPS Digital. This role will act as strategic support to research, design, and provide guidance on deployment of business-relevant HR strategies and solutions within assigned functions at UPS Digital.

This role leverages in-depth business or functional group knowledge to identify and drive HR-related improvement opportunities and collaborates with key stakeholders to assess the design and delivery of HR programs, services, and initiatives to ensure the needs of the organization and the business are met. This role will act as an overall function advocate, change champion, and support for the Manager-level HRBP.

The HRBP Specialist will help the Manager-level HRBP to proactively forecast the needs of the business, from a talent perspective, manage BU talent retention strategies, partner with COE counterparts, and support the HRBP Manager with managing and maintaining succession plans.

The HRBP Specialist will support and be staffed based on the complex needs of UPSC Digital as it continues to grow in the secured commerce and digital industries as defined by more senior HRBPs in their organization.

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist provides support and tactical implementation in the areas of Organizational Training, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Workforce Planning. He/She provides valued solutions to management for the implementation of HR initiatives.

This is a hybrid position that will sit ONSITE at our Fort Worth, Texas location Tuesday - Thursday (remote on Monday and Friday's).  Flexibility will be required according to the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Org Design or Business Management, or similar
  • Foundational knowledge of HR Policy and labor legislation
  • Knowledge of employee relations
  • Ability to set up, track and leverage relevant metrics and KPIs to drive business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • 1-3 years of HRBP experience
  • Experience/working knowledge of Workday (and similar HR Applications)
  • HR Certification (SHRM/PHR)
  • Applicable experience and working knowledge in multiple HR disciplines.

This is a full-time, hourly paid position. The compensation range is likely to fall within $26-28/hourly, depending on level of experience.
