Job Description:

The Information Technology (IT) Staff Auditor II is responsible for auditing global information technology processes and information security controls for all UPS business entities. He/She is responsible for identifying various IT risks regarding the general computer control environment. This position performs medium to high complexity testing of the IT control environment regarding: networks, operating systems, databases, computer operations, data security administration, and data center physical security. In addition, medium to high complexity testing of business cycle and IT application controls is required. The testing is performed for Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as risk based IT audits. He / she requires minimum guidance and supervision during audit reviews to ensure IT key controls are designed, implemented, and operating effectively. The position is responsible for obtaining audit population, sample selection, executing tests, and documenting the work performed using an internal web based work paper tool.
