Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and proactive FP&A Supervisor to join our team. The FP&A Supervisor will play a critical role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency within UPS Healthcare Logistics. This individual will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, developing reports, and presenting insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Utilize data analytics and data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
  • Support field operations by providing financial guidance and analysis to optimize performance.
  • Lead and participate in special projects focused on accelerating productivity and driving business growth.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
