Job Description:

The Content Strategist works with a team responsible for UPS Healthcare digital properties to publish digital content and implement advanced analytic models to help advance key goals of the organization.

S/he will monitor online marketing trends, analyze statistics, develop strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and track campaign performance. The position will also develop, maintain, and deploy content for UPS Healthcare-related business initiatives as they relate to digital applications. The job requires the analysis and implementation of advanced analytics models and solutions to yield predictive and prescriptive insights from data to support UPS Healthcare's business priorities. #UPSHealthcare

Job Duties

  • Collects and analyzes customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Edits existing content in the Content Management System (CMS) to support business initiatives.
  • Supports implementation of a revenue attribution model and is able to connect different data sets to create a clear line between digital marketing efforts and revenue.
  • Manages content in the Content Management System for country sites and supported languages to ensure global consistency.
  • Develops and presents learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assists with the development of procedures to monitor model and production system performance/integrity.
  • Helps to identify opportunities to move from predictive to prescriptive analytics to more quickly turn data into results that support data-driven decisions.
  • Leverages analytics and visualization tools to design and present information to drive fact-based decision-making.
  • Reviews visualizations for data accuracy and integrity to meet business standards.
  • Develops reports and represents large, complex sets of data and associated solutions to support business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Identifies current and future needs of the customer or business; understands how business needs dictate the project’s requirements, project direction, business objectives, and resource allocation; makes recommendations, based on data, on the solutions phase of the project.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of basic project planning processes, including planning action items and resources.
  • Demonstrates some advanced knowledge of statistical analyses, sampling, and tests; demonstrates the ability to identify outliers in data sets; troubleshoots existing statistical models; demonstrates basic knowledge of time series analysis.
  • Identifies and documents changes that need to be made to established procedures.
  • Proposes improvements to processes and applications and executes the agreed-upon changes designed to improve processes and applications.
  • Recognizes the basic impact of technology on UPS business, services, and processes; identifies technological barriers in achieving desired objectives.

PAY GRADE/GRADE LEVEL: 20E

Salary Range: $69,000 - $86,000
