Part-Time Supervisors hold four key to-do job functions, working with employees to keep packages moving safely, accurately and efficiently. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include supervising team members, monitoring performance, reviewing UPS safety procedures and helping the operation meet service and productivity goals.

UPS operations move quickly, so you can expect an active, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the shift. Employees frequently describe the role as hands-on and people-focused, with plenty of opportunities to develop skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving and time management.

Schedules vary by location and operation. Part-Time Supervisor positions may support early morning preload, daytime, evening or other shifts based on business needs.
