Job Description:

Job Summary
This position works in the package center servicing customers and coordinating the center’s administrative activities. This position may be responsible for the training and development of center administrative employees where such employees are assigned, and will direct the work of others.

Responsibilities:

Perform quarterly/monthly service reviews with the OSP companies (including review of claims status, leads,etc. to support other departments)

Address service escalations to OSP management to achieve structural resolution - Communicate service targets with OSPs and Update on the contract with any service related changes

Cost monitoring and analysis on OSP expense (contractual and ad hoc expense)

Implement new OSP; coordinate setup with all departments needed internally and with OSP company

OSP invoice checking - Support business planning process

Vehicle appearance audit, as well as subjective impression driver appearance, communicate results with OSP

representatives

Daily service / Audit review with OSP representative (improvement points)

Collect risk information about OSP (employees, police, turnover, authorities, customer)

OSP COD handling

Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.

Takes ownership of customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.

Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.

Operates all equipment, software, and devices and trains others.

Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.



Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience

Fluency in Hungarian and English

Organized personality, with good communication and consulting skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites

Ability to lift 40+ lbs./18+ kgs.

Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
