Job Description:


  • Manage and Maintains customers’ inventories, report and investigate damaged or missing inventory
  • Manage manpower allocation and annual leave arrangement
  • Manage Operations, Customers sales orders and cycle counts
  • Manage all warehouse billing to be submit on time to the Billing team
  • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space and reporting monthly usage of location.
  • Prepare reports for customers or audit and any ad-hoc reports required
  • Handle customers’ enquiries
  • Update logs and documentation for processes
  • Handle customers’ enquiries
  • Maintain warehouse supplies and arrange equipment for repair if needed
  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from the area


  • Possess a Degree or Diploma qualification with 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on issues independently and drive improvement initiatives
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis on more complex and less mature processes and services
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management / manipulation
  • Perform Safety training for staffs
  • Comfortable to work 5.5 days/week
