Coordinates the Business and Functional Requirements
Conducts the quality review process to support requirements and to identify system impacts
Reviews and documents requirements from stakeholders
Facilitates work sessions and coordinates action items to support business and functional requirements
Participates in customer facing engagements, to ensure applications and processes’ usability
Supervises User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Creates UAT scenarios, training materials, and documentation to support production implementation
Conducts user case and scenario tests, and to verify results with customers and vendors.
Supervises UAT to provide test files and result validation for applications and customers.
Manages processes and monitors environments to ensure a successful UAT.
Acts as liaison with Applications Development resources and external support units to troubleshoot inquiries.
Delivers Production Support and End User Training
Provides application implementation with go-live training and internal UAT.
Supervises the day-to-day production support of applications (e.g., logs, researches, troubleshoots issues…) to ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborates with business groups affected by production support, to convey changes for project schedules and status.
Validates enhancement requests through the development life cycle to ensure improvements are implemented.
Acts as liaison to help desk and UPS operations to resolve and escalate problems.
Validates Application Enhancements, Maintenance, Analysis and Solution Design
Completes application analyses to determine the necessity of an enhancement.
Analyzes the business impact of system enhancements, to evaluate customer usage requirements and cost efficiencies.
Documents business impact of application problems to justify requested enhancements.
Creates KPIs, productivity, and management reports from application data for end users.
Communicates Project Status
Assists in developing and monitoring project plans.
Participates in conference calls with different solutions and end user groups, to communicate project status and answer questions.
Conducts process reviews with operations & engineering staffs to ensure stakeholders are updated.
Coordinates application release schedule planning.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or in related course of study
- Possess relevant experience in the industry or related fields will be an advantage
- Possess a process- and data-oriented work methods mindset
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and good team player
