Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager is primarily responsible for communication and coordination between the field sales operations and global sales operations groups. This position encompasses multiple aspects of sales operations including sales support, analytics, reporting, technology, sales enablement, metrics, sales process, and communications. The Sales Operations Manager also serves as a proxy for field sales operations when attending internal meetings. He/She provides guidance to the governance of existing policies and procedures. This position also oversees field sales content, usage, and governance in accordance with corporate guidelines. The Sales Operations Manager works with key stakeholders to support sales execution. He/She is the functional liaison with cross-functions to build sales strategies that enables a best-in-class selling environment for Sales and Solutions to cultivate meaningful customer experience and reduce friction in the sales process at UPS.

Job Duties

  • Functional liaison to collaborate with key stakeholders on projects/initiatives that are revenue growth generating, remove barriers of growth and improve sales win rates.

  • Maintains open communications with each sales operations groups to gather business needs and identify root causes of friction in the sales process, makes recommendations to address the needs.

  • Develop, organize and communicate sales processes and procedures timely and accurately to ensure clear understanding on compliance and governance related guidelines.

  • Analyze and develop insightful data points that connects the big picture and support sales leadership to enable faster decision making. 

  • Manage information distribution to provide concise and updated information, best practices, KPI metrics and define clear actions steps that are required to support the objectives

  • Take lead in field support to expedite user problems encountered on Sales CRM and related technology tools and coordinate field inputs during User Acceptance Testing for enhancements as needed.

  • Management duties, project management and tasks as assigned by the direct management team.

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial, Business Management or Marketing related. 

  • Detail oriented, organized and strong communicator across different levels of audience.

  • Fluent in English (oral and written).

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, DWH and/or advanced Excel user will be an advantage.
