Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of warehouse staff in performing daily warehouse activities, inbound and outbound, returns and inventory control

  • Responsible for the overall cost management of the program

  • Plan and organize manpower and deploy them effectively to maximize productivity to meet key performance indicators

  • Conduct periodic cycle count activities and ensure good control of inventory to maintain high accuracy and accountability

  • Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders, e.g. clients, carrier broker and internal supporting functions

  • Prepare performance data/KPI reporting requirements for MBR meetings

  • Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and orders status

  • Resolve all service level issues in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationship

  • Review of current work processes to drive continual improvement to optimize operating cost, inventory accuracy, efficiency and control of stock losses and damages

  • Handle employee performance management, staff development and disciplinary matters

  • Ensure compliance on quality, security, health & safety practice/guidelines

  • Maintenance overall cleanliness and tardiness within the warehouse

  • Perform other tasked as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Contract Logistics/Healthcare industry

  • Good knowledge of MS office, SAP and Warehouse Management System

  • Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities

  • Proven ability to work well independently
