Marketing Senior Officer (Revenue Management Process & Systems) - 2 Months' Contract

The Process & Systems Senior Officer supports the development of revenue management policies, streamlining the processes and enhancement of reporting and systems to improve productivity and customer experience.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in reviewing the Master Operating Plan and makes necessary updates based on new revenue management policies and processes
  • Assists in developing materials and conducting training to Sales and Pricing Team to ensure adherence to revenue management policies and processes
  • Assists in reviewing and completing Audit Work Paper, makes recommendations to correct the problems identified in the audit findings and ensures that action plans have been implemented
  • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving system issues and escalates to Corporate when needed
  • Assists in validating and consolidating space requests exceeding weight threshold for Region Control Tower Committee approval, communicates approval and generates summary report
  • Leverages innovative technologies to improve reporting capability and efficiency for leadership to make timely business decisions
  • Assists in leading and managing Product to Billing Project
    • Participates in design localization workshops and testing events to provide feedback on the user experience based on the needs of the business and regional variations
    • Performs user acceptance test to ensure the system has been updated as specified and collaborates with project team in resolving the defects
    • Reviews training materials with tailored communications content and collaborates with SMEs to review and validate the translated materials
    • Participates in preparation sessions for master trainers and trainers
    • Delivers Sales and Pricing training including communications and follow-up activities
    • Provides system support throughout the onboarding process and after go-live
    • Escalates business concerns and ad hoc change management to project team
  • Performs any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent in information technology, computer science or business informatics with one to two years of working experience in system administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at different levels throughout the organization
  • Highly self-motivated and independent with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Good analytical, proactive and problem solving skills are essential
  • Ability to multi-task and work within the stipulated deadline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP and Power BI; Access Databases and Queries)
