HR Senior Officer - Employee Services (8-9 Months Contract/Based in Alps Ave)

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of Human Resources Team.  You will be supporting Employee Services for Singapore based employees (Region, District and Singapore Country).

Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of HR administrative tasks such as handling employee enquiries pertaining to HR policies & guidelines, insurance benefits related and be able to give HR related guidance and advise
  • Prepare employment certification letter, employee’s confirmation letter, letters pertaining to employee movements and coordinate with payroll for the salary changes
  • Accountable for data accuracy in the HR system and timely update on employees IGEMS records
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, process all HR related forms, P-file
  • Administer pre-confirmation packet for new employees, E-leave, such as leave entitlements, unpaid leave, child care leave, paternity leave
  • Administer staff cafeteria, transportation services and process the renewal on the agreements for these vendors
  • Process the Car Park access application for Region Office employees based in UPS House
  • Manage the Time Management System (TMS) software
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and government surveys

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or relevant fields

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated self-starter and team player

  • Hands-on experience with MS Office

  • Position is open to entry level candidates
