Job Description:

TheTotal Rewards Supervisorprovides support for the wage and salary reviews, compensation administration, and benefits implementation in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) Region. He/She contributes to employee salary reviews at multiple levels and participates in various total rewards projects.

Responsibilities:
- Will work closely with the AMEA Total Rewards Manager to identify opportunities to further harmonize, improve and/or automate on current processes and policies, and execute changes.
- Responsible for the market data collection, and test designs to validate applicability to local market situations and ensure recommendations are aligned with the direction of the total rewards globally.
- Review the wage plan structure of the countries in the region to ensure that it remains relevant and competitive while maintaining internal equity.
- Engage in the benefits reviews and collaborate with HRBPs and Geo HRMs on the requirements in the countries in AMEA.
- Assist in the execution of the yearly annual salary review and timely processing of the variable bonus payout in the region.
- Coordinate with the HRBPs on the proposals that will need approval from the salary committee and do the necessary preparation on the monthly salary committee meetings.
- Provides support in the review and implementation of the compensation and benefits programs and total rewards projects.

Requirements

- Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of Compensation and Benefits experience (exposure in AMEA role is an advantage)
- Must demonstrate strong analytical to translate ambiguous problems into structured research questions and hypotheses
- Meticulous, have sense of urgency, and results driven.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel
- Good written & spoken English
