Job Description:

The Air Freight Trade Supervisor supports and coordinates air freight trade services, products, and operations. He/She is responsible for working with carriers, Air Freight systems, and driving operational process improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support LMG Manager to develop strategies for respective lane

• Work in conjunction with Business Development, Pricing, Procurement and operation team to execute growth strategy

• Overall yield management – by leverage on Business Development data and UPS customized solutions, identify gaps between the targeted and actual yield in order to drive growth

• Pair existing business characteristics of the market and the company with customer behaviors

• Track on respective lane progress and yield

• Identify the barriers for business growth and suggest for possible enhancement

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor Degree from any discipline

• At least 3 years work experience with Logistics/Transportation/Freight/Airline industry

• Familiar with Freight Forwarding/Logistics business

• Good knowledge about Logistics operations

• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English; proficiency with other Asian language(s) is helpful but not a must
