Job Summary

Plan and define innovative and highly effective digital marketing strategies. Deliver measurable business results and drive growth of UPS China through digital channel. Turn insights and ideas into actionable strategic plans and roadmaps.

Job Duties

Project Management for UPS China WeChat

  • Build best-in-class customer experience in WeChat and support the functional expertise areas including but not limited to Content, Campaign, Social, CRM and Analytics.
  • Work closely with China cross-functions, APAC region IT and Corp Marketing on the WeChat project to make sure quality deliverables on time.
  • Design and implement WeChat strategy and roadmap.
  • Design and manage WeChat KPIs and monitor WeChat performance to support business growth.

Social CRM Strategy and Management

  • According to China digital and social environment, lead and develop new SCRM platforms to meet China customer needs.
  • Integrate local CRM campaigns into the WeChat platform and enable them to help achieve acquisition, growth and retention objectives
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns and initiatives. This includes campaign management, leads/ loyalty management, content management and data management.
  • Understand customer segmentation/ behavior and develop CRM campaigns based on different customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize promotional, transactional, and informational marketing automation triggers and journeys that maximize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Integrated Communication to Promote WeChat

  • Understand up-to-date digital environment, consumer behavior and drive best-in-class digital marketing activation across owned, earned and paid media.
  • Plan and implement integrated communication campaigns including PR, Social and Digital to further promote WeChat activation by measurable KPIs, such as followers, business transactions, memberships


  • BA/BS in digital marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital Marketing and has a proven track record on digital plan creation and implementation;
  • Experienced in lead generations (B2B)/ customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies via digital channels
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing and executing digital programs and campaigns across Content, Search, Analytics, CRM and Social.
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing and executing CRM programs and campaigns on digital and social platforms, such as website, WeChat
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
  • Proficient in analyzing and reporting on KPIs.
  • Has excellent English verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
