Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences from reputable universities
  • 1-2 years of work/internship experience
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written,
  • Comfortable with giving presentations in English
  • Excellent command of MS-Office tools,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
  • Good problem solving skills, creativity and multitasking problem solver
  • Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology
  • Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team
  • Willingness and capable to take extra efforts and handle stress
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • No travel restrictions
  • Residing in Ankara


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Planning and maintenance of daily/weekly/monthly/annual feeder schedules
  • Maintenance of feeder network
  • Modelling Feeder schedules, package flows
  • Communicate changes in network with related parties
  • Reporting of daily feeder network performance summary
  • Responsible for KPIs 
  • Holiday, weekend, peak season, contingency planning
  • Supports feeder operations in the implementation of new technologies, processes, procedures
  • Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training.
  • Detailed cost analysis for planning and execution of cost iniatives
  • Search for service/cost/safety/visibility  improvement chances in tranportation activities
  • Support on operational performance management
  • Support on monthly performance management
