Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative provides excellent customer service and investigates/executes possible solutions to customer needs. The incumbent performs other responsibilities as requested and supports automation, lead coverage, and develops reports. This position works with UPS internal and external customers to resolve issues with automation and assists with shipment escalation issues as needed. This role communicates with customers on an escalated basis at times.

Responsibilities 

  • Works with others to assist with work orders
  • Supports existing automation in the International Shipment Resolution Group (ISRG)
  • Works with ISRG management to develop and support internal reports and documentation
  • Assists in coverage throughout the department working with UPS Internal and External customers

Preferences

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel)
  • Understands ISRG office procedures
  • Possesses working knowledge of UPS international services, including mainframe systems (OPSYS, eTT, ISPS ERN, CRIS etc.)
