Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

This position provides general administrative support to HRBP Vice President and HRBP Teams. Incumbent possesses advanced office support knowledge, strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills. This position is proficient using various word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to requests

Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively

Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner

•Adheres to the company's Standards of Business Conduct

Meets established attendance standards

Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), strong computer skills,

• Prepares presentations and gathers documents as requested for HR Business Partner needs

• Arranges departmental events and monthly meetings.

Position is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am EST to 4: pm EST, with weekend flexibility, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferences:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent

• Minimum of one year of administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources

• Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Previous experience with Workday

• Advanced use of various software packages, including PDM/OBI and ability to quickly learn various business-related software systems
