Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team! Do you like working in a dynamic and stimulating environment with new challenges to solve every day? What do you do in a day?

This position performs general brokerage tasks and assesses fees for importing international packages.

Ensures assessment of duties and taxes is in accordance with local customs and tax regulations.

Contact customers, if necessary, in order to obtain information to clear the goods with Customs.

Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role

What do we expect from you?

Brokerage Certification - preferred

Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred

12th year course - preferred

Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) – preferred

Fluent in Portuguese

Knowledge of Spanish is valued

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
