Job Description:

Transport Administrator monitors and review invoices received from carrier/agents, facilitate uploading in system, conducts audit as per the carrier rate cards and coordination of timely payment for vendor’s invoices. The scope also includes in specific for Contract Logistics., verification and analysis of allocated cost and charge application per client on domestic transport for both AU and NZ for GLD and HLD customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor invoices received from Carriers/ Agents
  • Process Upload of Invoice Information into FMS system
  • Review, verification and Approval of Transport invoices in accordance with the agreed buy rates
  • Allocation of costs to the corresponding cost centers
  • Coordinates with GBS Accounts Payable team for payment of approved invoices.
  • Coordinates with Billing Team
  • Update various Master Files
  • Cost Accruals Reporting
  • Ensuring updated SOP’s and Work Instructions on hand
  • Initiates /propose process improvements.
  • Admin Task as required.
