Job Description:

The (PSL) Post Sales Logistics Customer Service Representative handle urgent transportation needs for strategic level customers. The PSL Representative takes incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from Warehouse customers to deliver goods with customized solutions. The PSL Representative is customer focused, service/detail oriented, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer's goals. 
Should be problem solvers, able to troubleshoot urgent situations and provide custom transportation solutions. Representative can be called on to identify problems with existing transportation orders and get the shipment moving to the correct destination quickly. Typical customer expectations can be to have repair parts delivered from a warehouse to destination within hours.

With flexibility in schedule and work set up (24/7 operations)
Open to all skills
With good communication skills
With ability to multi-task 
Can make decision to help serve customers
