Job Description:

The (PSL) Post Sales Logistics Customer Service Representative handle urgent transportation needs for strategic level customers. The PSL Representative takes incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from Warehouse customers to deliver goods with customized solutions. The PSL Representative is customer focused, service/detail oriented, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer's goals. This is a 24 x 7 operation and the position requires the individual to be flexible to do shift work, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates are problem solvers, able to troubleshoot urgent situations and provide custom transportation solutions. Representative can be called on to identify problems with existing transportation orders and get the shipment moving to the correct destination quickly. Typical customer expectations can be to have repair parts delivered from a warehouse to destination within hours. Great communication skills are necessary in this fast paced position.
