Job Description:

We are looking for a person who can help us improve our services and the satisfaction of our customers. You can be part of the team. What would your day to day be like?

     Collect information on hours worked for each employee.
     Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the help of the payroll system.

Receive senior management approval for payments when required.
     Prepare and execute payment orders.
     Process taxes and payments.
     Track hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.
     Address payroll issues and questions form employees and superiors.     

Prepare reports for senior management, finance department, etc.

What do we expect from you?

     Proven experience as a payroll or payroll management specialist.

Medium/high level in MS Office (Excel is prioritized) and previous experience in payroll system and software (People Net/Workforce/Payforce etc).

Indispensable confidentiality

Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.

English level: medium.

Flexibility is important within our organization, also for this position:

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

It will be valued

Experience in application, interpretation and management of collective agreements.

Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations.
University degree or its equivalent.
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Medium level of Portuguese.
