Job Title: Part Time Feeder Administrative Assistant
Department: Feeder Dispatch- Bldg 9
Days: Friday - Monday Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm Hours Per Week: 35
Work Environment:
Fast paced office environment with high incoming call volume. Must also work outside in various types of weather.
Job Summary:
PT Feeder Dispatch Admin - Grade 6
Job Description:
Fast paced office environment responding to inbound & outbound feeder drivers via phone with great attention to detail.
Working outside in all types of weather, requires opening & closing of heavy trailer doors to verify status of trailers.
Required Skills:
Must be able to physically open & close heavy trailer doors.
Ability to use computers & multi-task without error.
Good verbal communication skills & able to read lots of numbers correctly.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of Hub & Feeder Control System (HFCS) or hub operations a plus.
Interpersonal Skills:
Must be a self-starter who enjoys a challenging work environment. Must be able to have attention to detail while multi-tasking. Must have a positive attitude & be a team player in a small office environment.
