Job Description:

Job Responsibilities 

Flight/Aircraft Operations

  • Aircraft load planning, weight & balance calculations

  • Load handling and AAMS prediction/key entry

  • 30days and 90days paperwork are filed accordingly

  • Crew Administrations

  • Flight to be depart on time schedule.

Warehouse Operations

  • Coordinate Build-up/breakdown for Cargo and IP  

  • ULD serviceability checks are conducted prior to build up and after breakdown

  • Required in/outbound shipment documents are uplifted on flights

Ramp Operations

  • Coordination of loading and unloading of aircraft uplifted on flight

  • All times safety procedures are observed and complied with

  • Shipment documents are uplifted on flight

  • Flight paperwork are handed to crew in a timely manner

  • Ramp Vendor Audit ready

  • Safety of Aircraft and Ramp complied.

Service Review

  • Coordinate UPS requirements with airport authority

  • Follow-up outstanding service issues with ground handling vendor

  • Coordinate with vendors

Administrative

  • DG Updates / Addendum / DG enquires

  • IATA DG Auditor

  • Gateway Comms Log

  • Monitoring Flight Schedule / Slots approval

  • Coordinate with TPE ASC/VENDOR/ACMX/2Y

  • Staff Administration 

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ level certificate or higher

  • Prior aviation/ground handling experience is preferred

  • Familiarity with airport rules and regulations will be beneficial.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated ability to work within time constraints and independently with minimal supervision.

  • Able to work different shifts with varying start and finish times

  • Must be computer literate

  • Physically fit

  • Current driver’s license is essential so as to apply for airport driving license

  • No prior criminal record as successful candidates will need to undergo a stringent background check
