Accounts Payable Associate – Finance & Accounting (SCS), Johannesburg - South Africa
Primary Location: 33 Brussels Road, Spartan Ext 2, Kempton Park , Johannesburg, Gauteng - ZA, 1619 Other Location: South Africa Job ID 065939Job Duties:
- Scrutinizing Vendor Invoices.
- Proper Allocation of Expenses
- Correct Accounting
- Payment as per Due Date
- Month end accrual working for Operations & Admin cost
- Timely completion of month end closing activities
- Review of Cost with variance analyses.
- Follow-up with vendors and functions for accurate numbers for accruals.
Job Specific Qualifications & Requirements:
- South African residency is a must.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or relevant discipline
- 7 to 10 years related experience with MNC.
- Preferably from Transportation, Logistics or Airlines industry
- Adhere to policies and procedures and balance with customers’ needs
- Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
