Job Description:

Role:

We are looking for a full time Lead Generation Specialist to join our team to support the growth of the UPS EMEA Freight Forwarding business by prospecting and developing potential leads.

You will be part of the UPS Freight Forwarding Region Marketing team while working closely with sales team and various stakeholders across the region. This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Contribute and manage the execution of the lead generation strategy
  • Develop & execute lead campaigns
  • Execute and improve lead pre-qualification process
  • Reporting and analysis of multiple lead projects` results  
  • Work closely with the Sales team to collect feedback and drive a high lead conversion rate
  • Provide 1st level support and guidance to internal stakeholders for Lead Generation tools and program
  • Create insights and improvements to the quality of leads, the lead scoring model and overall leads process

You are someone who:

  • is fluent in English (both oral and written). Any additional European language is an asset.
  • thinks of marketing and sales as essential partners in growth and ready to work cross-functional teams.
  • has a curious mindset and a passion for learning.
  • takes ownership and has great communication skills.
  • has recently graduated. 1 - 3 years’ experience in marketing or B2B sales context, logistics industry experience is a plus.
  • has a university degree.
  • can work with MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word). Any data visualization tool (Power BI, etc.) and SQL knowledge is a plus.
