Job Description:

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

The stock administrator’s role is responsible for providing a professional service for our customer and ensuring that the requests are actioned in a timely manner. This includes the pick, pack & dispatch of customer orders to ensure KPI’s are met, you will report to the Team Leader/Supervisor. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the daily shipping and receiving of goods
  • Maintain all records of parts received and dispatched.
  • Taking part in all cycle count and stock take duties.
  • Maintain Occupational Health and Safety issues within the warehouse.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of direct areas
  • Understands and is responsible for quality control standards.
  • Be able to competently co-ordinate activities of other distribution center facility employees
  • Point of escalation and resolution for work related issues
  • Complete report creation, tracking and analysis as required
  • Meet Client

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Hold a valid LF Fork Lift License & LO Order Picker/Turret Truck Licenses
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Possesses an advanced level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mid-level Computer skills required: Outlook, WMS, Excel spread sheets, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Be flexible in working hours
  • High level of Self-Motivation.
  • Ability to achieve quality results
  • Minimum 2- 3 Years’ experience in the Logistics industry
