Job Description:

Ensuring smooth operation at the ground level on the daily basis, supervising a team of transport analysts to:

  • ensure all outbound shipments are being taken care of
  • all the track and trace activities are followed up tightly to ensure on-time delivered
  • provide best in class customer service to all customers
  • reports are generated accurately with insights analysis
  • month-end billing/accruals are being done on time with the highest degree of accuracy
  • carrier's relationship management
  • team's performance management
  • transportation solution development to support BD
