Job Description:

The Intern taking on the position with UPS Healthcare will work with the Europe Marketing Team, based in Brussels Region Office. He / She will join the team by supporting diverse healthcare initiatives and communication activities to engage and inform customers, attract new prospects and support the sales teams.


  • Supports in the coordination of healthcare campaigns and initiatives (direct marketing, events, etc…)  to grow volume, revenue, and profit within targeted segments.

  • Takes the lead to maintain internal databases / tools to ensure successful reporting

  • Completes analysis on a regular basis to provide a complete view of campaign performance

  • Collaborates to develop marketing materials and collaterals for internal and external audiences.

  • Helps in the maintenance of the internal asset bank to ensure marketing materials are up-to-date.


  • Team player, pro-active, self-starter

  • Experienced and comfortable working with databases and datasets

  • Eye for detail, quality and results driven

  • Computer literacy – very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Strong English language skills (additional language skills are an asset)

  • Currently studying a University Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field with an Internship requirement (will need to sign a tripartite agreement


  • 6-month internship

  • Internship is part of the study program

  • The University/School provides the student with a tripartite agreement (signed by the intern, the learning institution and UPS)

  • Internship is not compensated, but a stipend of maximum €750/month to cover travel and accommodation costs may be provided
