HR Systems Specialist - Fountain Recruiting

Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This position supports the configuration and support of the UPS U.S. Hourly Recruiting Applicant Tracking System (Fountain).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages test scripts and defects.
- Updates to configuration of ATS:
Business process workflow changes
Automated applicant messaging updates
Job postings
Hiring plans
- Manages reported production issues though help desk case management tool and works with internal work groups and external vendors on resolutions.
- Creates reports and analysis to support maintenance and audits of HR systems.
- Support development of system job aids and system help text (e.g., PDF, PowerPoint, Video).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements:
Experience with High Volume Recruiting Processes and Using an ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Conversational English Level.
Preferences:
College degree or international equivalent.
Previous HR Systems experience with Fountain/Other ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or HR functional knowledge of HR high volume hourly recruiting processes.
Ability to support global time zones as needed for systems testing and releases.
Location: Bogota (hybrid work arrangement)
Grade: 10D
