Job Summary
UPS is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the UPS Digital Access & Reseller Program. The Senior Analyst will develop subject matter expertise on market developments and trends for e-commerce providers / marketplaces, multi-carrier shipper platforms, other digital platforms where shipping is offered and/or indirect business development resources. Supports and maintains partnership(s) through internal cross functional efforts and external partner engagement. Utilizes in-house reporting tools and secondary data sources to gather data for analyses and decision-making. This position summarizes and communicates results of analyses to key stakeholders throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in development and execution of marketing strategy and product/program management activities.

  • Engages with partner to support growth opportunities and compliance efforts.

  • Consults with subject matter experts across Marketing, Sales, Communications, IT, GBS, Billing, and Legal to develop and support the partnership.

  • Identifies the key trends to determine how they impact Partners, Customers, Industry, Competitors, and UPS.

  • Presents findings cross-functionally to key stakeholders and identifies opportunities to bridge relevant initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Identifies key factors behind basic problems and establishes a path to solve them.

  • Investigates and diagnoses anomalies in routine business results.

  • Demonstrates strong communication and presentation development capabilities, must be comfortable speaking and presenting to varied audiences (internal and external).

  • Demonstrates database skills using technical programs and UPS internal systems such as DWH and InfoLib; basic knowledge of drawing insights from data sets.

  • Experience demonstrating advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access).

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Preferred.

  • Master’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Preferred.
