Job Summary

The UPS Digital Access & Reseller Program Specialist participates in analyses and program management to support partnerships. Responsible for supporting indirect channels by performing analyses used to assess the performance of the program(s). The Specialist develops and maintains routine and ad-hoc processes to support infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyzes reseller request with leadership and Pricing/Revenue Management to determine if results are within program guidelines.
  • Performs routine account maintenance and setup.
  • Consults with internal subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Communications, IT, GBS, Billing and Legal to support accounts.
  • Performs research and data analyses to maintain appropriate reseller rules of engagement.
  • Works with minimal direction from analyst and completes necessary analyses to support approvals.
  • Follows up on reseller request to determine the status of implementations and make updates appropriately for reporting.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience demonstrating advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Demonstrates database skills using technical programs and UPS internal systems such as DWH and InfoLib; advanced knowledge of drawing insights from data sets
  • Synthesizes data to support program objectives
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills
  • Pricing and/or revenue management capabilities - Preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
