Job Description:

The Fraud Analytics Supervisor is responsible for proactively identifying, investigating, and reducing fraud at UPS.  Utilizing the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and data elements from various UPS systems the Analytics Supervisor develops analytics models that detect fraud.  This position works with a team to research, develop proof of concepts, and implement fraud detection models.

Responsibilities

              -Uses data models and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholder.

              -Leads the design, development, and maintenance of repots and analytical tools and performs ongoing data quality monitoring and refinement.

              -Identifies and analyzes errors and inconsistencies in the data and provides timely resolution.

              -Researches and implements new analytical models to support fraud identification and investigation.

Preferences

              -Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.

              -Advance analytical skills and attention to detail.
