Job Description:

CENTRAL CASHIERING  ( FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Location : Koropi

PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

To ensure a smooth process and flow of the Cash collections, ensure compliance to statutory requirements and cash books accuracy. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Central Cashier cash keeping and daily cash reconciliation

• Daily cash transactions in GL and Sub ledger and daily reconciliation of accounts

• Control and support reconciliation for credit card transactions via POS & Web charges

• Transactions in Sub ledger and GL software of AR cash collections

• Reconciliation by waybill for collections from subcontractors and communication of the result internally

• Contact and resolving any customer's questions concerning COD(cash on delivery) payments

• Control and support reconciliation for other cashiers (central office and reception)

• Monthly reconciliation of Cash & Bank GL accounts

• Self Audit preparation , submission and development of action plans

 What we Expect from the applicants

• Degree or Diploma or equivalent in accounting , finance, economics or business administration

• 1-2 years of experience in cashiering position or in accounting department will be considered as plus

• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills

• Experienced in MS office – Excel and Access

• EN Language at advanced level

• Must be technical, organized, and detail-oriented

• Must be professional, friendly, and confident
