Job Description:

Job Summary

A Marketing intern assists with the tasks and projects required to create leads for various digital platforms that InsureShield® shipping insurance is sold on. The intern will help synthesize outside data to find potential customers, create and execute Marketing campaigns, and analyze the results of these campaigns. The intern will be expected to work cross-functionally with various teams, especially inside Sales teams and other Marketing teams. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about Marketing Analytics, initiate their own projects of interest, and develop communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and creation of innovative marketing campaigns and messaging
  • Create Marketing Qualified Leads by analyzing engagement on marketing campaigns
  • Perform daily reporting and pass Marketing Qualified Leads along to the inside Sales team for implementation
  • Work with Marketing interns in various teams on a collaborative project aimed at driving the company forward
  • Communicate project outcomes both within team and to various stakeholders and senior management
  • Support Digital Channel Marketing team by assisting with various tasks and projects

Preferences

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Possesses strong communication (written/verbal) skills
  • Demonstrates analytical problem-solving skills
  • Displays project management skills and can be organized while working on several projects simultaneously
  • Takes initiative, is a quick learner, and is willing to adapt and learn new things

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions
  • Must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months
