Customer Counter Associate- Chelmsford
Knowledge and Skills list: Must be able to lift packages up to 70 pounds, be able to use DIAD board and be accurate counting and receiving money. Operation of cash register and credit card machine. Ability to effectively use the UPS tracking system. Must have the ability to work alone at times and without supervision. Customer service skills and problem solving skills in a fast pace environment are essential. Must be be able to meet UPS appearance guidelines. Customer service skills are required.
Daily Task List: The day's responsibilities include helping customers use our computers to ship packages and retrieving packages for customers that have been placed in will-call or postcard room. Above employee is responsible for morning set up.
