‣Understand UPS service, product, systems and procedures
‣Identify and record customer concern or issues
‣Recommend solutions about service concerns to management
‣Identify potential needs of customer and submit sales leads
‣To be flexible, pragmatic and work under pressure
‣English communication skill (Speaking, Writing, Reading) - preferred
