Job Description:

Working hours: Full Time employment on shift basis (07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 & 12:00 – 20:00).

Job Summary
Cashiers work on the process of checking, collecting, recording, reconciling, delivering the daily activity, during specific deadlines by listing all the necessary data for sharing information to both company and customs, in the most efficient way possible.
Responsibilities:

·Cashiers made qualitative and quantitative audits on shipment data and daily process, safeguarding the process against errors or discrepancies.

·Cashiers co-ordinate the procedures among billing, bank payments and operation.

·Cashier is responsible for issuing customs release licenses.

·Also, monitor customs status, payments process and billing.

Qualifications:

·Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word)

·Experience on Data Key Entry. Strong typing skills

·Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment

·Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
