UPS Supply Chain Solutions is currently seeking a Drawback Program Manager, a performance-driven growth marketer to help us scale up our Drawback solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience and strong interest in both business and analytics, and must be comfortable in a customer-facing position. He/She will be the customer's trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Drawback and should be comfortable with discussing product capabilities and communicating the customer's voice internally.

The Drawback Program Manager ensures that large and complex Drawback programs and projects follow the project management discipline (i.e., initiation, planning, executing, controlling and monitoring, and closing) and internal project management standards, ultimately leading to desired results (i.e., revenue generation, cost savings, cost avoidance, and benefits to the organization). Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops and executes strategic growth programs
  • Formulates account strategies and solutions
  • Provides TMS project management support
  • Manages and develops project teams 
  • Develops process maps
  • Oversees implementation phases for multiple teams
  • Oversees project budgets
  • Manages and develops others

Knowledge and Skills

  • 5+ years' experience as a Drawback Manager managing a high volume of accounts and/or driving effective growth programs
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail
  • Proven analytical, verbal/written communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, if necessary)
  • Knowledge of US Customs and Border Protection Regulations
  • Available to travel
  • Master’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Preferred
  • Customs Broker License - Preferred
