- Manage the APAC Region HR Systems (HR Portal, CHART, IGEMS) by ensuring the data and systems are functioning to cater to the needs of internal HR stakeholders
- Reviews and analyzes recurring issues to identify possible problem triggers and best resolution tactics.
- Evaluates existing HR systems and workflow processes to provide technical advice and recommendations leading to improvement changes
- Manages the required HR Reporting to meet requirements such as Monthly HR Dashboard, IBSC reporting, along with other ad-hoc reporting that is required
- Prepares HR systems documentation to satisfy business and regulatory requirements, document design, and project elements.
- Collaborates and maintain relationship with IT Partners in the deployment and configuration of HR systems to meet HR stakeholders needs
- Documents and submits business requirements to the IT department to estimate costs.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree Holder
- With at least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong data analytics skills and comfortable with managing excel
- Enjoy working with data and is meticulous and independent
- Process-oriented with a mindset for continual improvement
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are necessary
