The intern will be assigned to review our current on-boarding and interview processes and aimed to streamline the on-boarding processes and create a more structured hiring procedure which lead to building good employer branding to external candidates.
The project deliverables:
a. Streamline on-boarding process and reduce the turnaround timeline of supporting the administration. The proposed process could be adopted/fine-tuned for future projects.
b. Provide new hire a structured and warm on-boarding experience to help them to get familiar in UPS environment faster through a structured on-board orientation program.
c. Enhance the professional look of the current document format for interview and on-boarding purpose
d. Enhance the offboarding process to give employee a good experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Strategic and innovative thinking skills and like to think out of the box
- Excited to work in HR process improvement projects.
